Will the massage be painful if I already have pain or tension?

No. Massage should never feel painful, and I don’t believe in a “no pain, no gain” approach. If something hurts, the body naturally tenses, which works against the healing process.

I use gentle yet effective techniques, including myofascial release and hot stone therapy, to warm the muscles and work deeply without discomfort. You’ll be supported to relax fully while we ease pain, release tension, and restore movement in a calm, respectful way.

If you ever need more or less pressure, just let me know. Your comfort is always the priority.
