Classes
Choose from Private and Group classes which help you learn how to massage your baby and gain tips to help you deal some of the common issues babies are prone to. In my baby-led classes you can have fun, learn a new parental skill and make new friends all whilst helping your baby.
The techniques that you will learn draw from both the Indian and Swedish massage traditions, as well as incorporating principles from yoga and reflexology.
Frequently Asked Questions
Your booking includes six relaxed, 90-minute baby massage classes, held weekly in a warm, welcoming space. Each session introduces a new area of the body, gradually building a full massage routine that you can confidently use at home. You’ll also learn a gentle sequence to help ease common discomforts such as colic, wind, and constipation.
Alongside the massage techniques, you’ll also enjoy:
- Baby yoga-inspired stretches and nursery rhymes
- Guidance on the best oils to use and when to massage
- Tips on adapting massage as your baby grows
- Handouts, waterproof mats, towels, and oils (there’s no need to bring anything other than a baby blanket)
- A keepsake certificate and a laminated quick-reference guide to take home
And of course, there’s time to relax too. Each class includes complimentary tea, cake, and conversation, giving you space to unwind, chat, and connect with other parents. Many mums tell me this part of the session becomes the highlight of their week, a chance to feel supported, share experiences, and enjoy some calm adult conversation in a friendly, like-minded group.
My classes are designed for babies from birth to crawling, and you’re welcome to join whenever you feel ready. Some parents start as early as six weeks, while others wait until they’re feeling more settled — there’s no perfect time, just the right time for you.
The earlier you start, the sooner you and your baby can enjoy the benefits of massage: improved sleep, relief from common discomforts like colic or wind, and most importantly, quality bonding time.
Even if your baby is already rolling or starting to move more, many families still find the sessions incredibly valuable — and there’s always room for wrigglers!
If you're unsure whether it's the right time to join, feel free to get in touch. I’ll be happy to chat and guide you.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Spaces are limited and often fill quickly, so booking ahead helps me prepare your materials and ensure your spot is reserved.
If you have any questions about payment or need assistance, feel free to get in touch – I’m always happy to help.
Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy
I completely understand that life with a baby can be unpredictable. While I can’t offer refunds once a course has started, I do try to be as flexible as possible.
- If you let me know at least 48 hours before the course starts, I’ll do my best to transfer your place to another course (if space allows).
- Once the course begins, I’m unable to offer make-up sessions, but I’ll always try to accommodate you if there’s room in another session that week.
Thank you for understanding – your support helps me continue offering these special classes to other families too.
You are so welcome here. I’ve supported many families whose babies have had a variety of medical needs – including common concerns like torticollis, umbilical hernia, and flat head syndrome, to name just a few. Baby massage can be a gentle, supportive way to bring comfort, connection, and calm, and I’m always happy to adapt techniques to suit your baby’s individual needs.
I also understand that group settings can sometimes feel overwhelming – especially for neurodivergent parents or those who experience anxiety or sensory sensitivities. These classes are designed to be relaxed, inclusive, and pressure-free.
There’s no need to “keep up” with the group or follow a strict routine. You’re welcome to take things at your own pace, pause when needed, and simply do what feels right for you and your baby. This is a warm, non-judgemental space where you’ll be supported exactly as you are.
If you’re unsure whether the class is right for you, just drop me a message. I’d be happy to chat and help you feel confident before booking.
You're in safe hands. I want everyone to feel included and cared for, so I always do my best to accommodate allergies, sensitivities, and lifestyle choices. If you have any specific product requirements, whether you're allergic to nuts, essential oils, or animal-derived ingredients, please just let me know when booking.
I have a range of vegan-friendly and hypoallergenic products available, and I’ll ensure that your treatment is tailored with your preferences and safety in mind. Your comfort, health, and values are always respected here.
Pregnancy & Postnatal Care
Every pregnancy is different, with the body and how you are from day to day changing as the pregnancy proceeds. I know what it is like after you have had baby and your needs change again. I am here for you throughout.
As an experienced mum who has professionally helped numerous mothers to have the best experience they can before and after birth, I can help you with tailored treatments that suit your needs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, massage is safe and deeply beneficial throughout pregnancy when carried out by a trained specialist. While some people prefer to wait until after the first trimester, there is no evidence to suggest that massage is harmful at any stage.
I’ve completed extensive training in pregnancy massage and reflexology, so every treatment is carefully adapted to suit your stage of pregnancy and personal comfort. You’ll be supported with specialist positioning, soft bolsters, and a treatment approach that puts you and your baby’s safety first.
Yes, absolutely. Reflexology is a gentle and safe treatment during pregnancy, and many mums-to-be find it incredibly supportive. It can help ease nausea, reduce swelling, improve sleep, support emotional wellbeing, and encourage deep relaxation throughout pregnancy.
Before every session, I carry out a full consultation to ensure the treatment is appropriate for you. Reflexology is always adapted to your stage of pregnancy, how you are feeling, and what your body needs at that time.
Whether you are in the first trimester or preparing for birth, reflexology can be tailored to support you safely and comfortably, helping you feel calm, supported, and cared for.

- Reducing stress and anxiety

Many new mums describe postnatal massage as the first time they have truly felt like themselves again. It is a chance to be cared for, supported, and nurtured while you care for others.

Some women choose postnatal massage within the first few weeks after birth, while others prefer to wait until they have settled into a new routine. Every body and every birth is different, and your treatment will always be adapted to meet you where you are.
If you have had a caesarean birth, I generally recommend waiting until your scar has begun to heal, usually from around six weeks onwards, and it is best to check with your midwife or GP before booking. That said, there is almost always a way to offer nurturing, supportive touch, even if certain areas need to be avoided.
Massage and reflexology can be gently adapted to support recovery, and when appropriate I also offer scar massage techniques. These may help to soften tight tissue, improve sensation and mobility, release abdominal tension, and support emotional healing and reconnection with your body.
Whether your birth was straightforward or complex, each session is tailored to your comfort, needs, and pace. You will be listened to, supported, and gently nurtured throughout.
Yes, of course. I understand how difficult it can be to arrange childcare, especially in those early months, so your baby is very welcome to come along.
Many parents bring their baby in a car seat or pram, and if you need to pause the session to feed or cuddle, that is absolutely fine. I allow extra time for postnatal treatments so you will never feel rushed.
Absolutely. Postnatal massage and reflexology are designed to support your body’s recovery and the physical and emotional demands of motherhood, whatever your birth experience.
Whether you are experiencing neck and shoulder tension, lower back pain, fatigue, or feeling overwhelmed, I will tailor your treatment to your individual needs. I also offer scar massage, which can be particularly supportive following a caesarean birth, as well as treatments to help support recovery from diastasis recti and restore core connection.
My aim is always to help you feel rested, supported, and more like yourself again.
Reflexology
Reflexology is an important therapy that can help people to enjoy better lives. By applying pressure to specific points on the feet, ears, and hands, I can provide benefits to related areas of the body. It can also be a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
I am very proud to have completed a number of advanced reflexology modalities and be a member of the Association of Reflexologists.
Frequently Asked Questions
Reflexology is a gentle, holistic therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet, hands, face, and ears correspond to different areas of the body. By applying targeted pressure to these reflex points, reflexology is believed to stimulate the body’s natural healing response, encourage relaxation, and promote overall well-being.
The feet alone contain thousands of nerve endings that communicate with the brain, sending signals throughout the body. Reflexology works by stimulating these pathways, which may help to improve circulation, reduce tension, and restore balance. Many clients describe feeling deeply relaxed and more in tune with their bodies after a session. Some also report benefits such as better sleep, relief from everyday stress, and an overall sense of well-being.
While reflexology is not a medical treatment, it is a highly valued complementary therapy that works alongside conventional medicine to support health and relaxation. If you have any specific health concerns, it’s always best to consult a healthcare professional.
Your reflexology session begins with a full consultation to understand your needs and ensure the treatment is tailored to you. You’ll then settle into a comfortable reclining reflexology chair, where you can fully relax. Only your feet and ankles will be exposed (unless you are having a combined treatment), ensuring you stay warm and comfortable throughout. You’ll also be offered a cosy blanket and a glass of water to help you unwind even further.
I start with a soothing foot cleanse and gentle scrub to refresh and prepare your feet. Using a precise thumb and finger-walking technique, I apply rhythmic, therapeutic pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, which correspond to different areas of the body. This technique is designed to be deeply relaxing and effective—never painful or ticklish. Pressure is always adjusted to suit your comfort level, ensuring a truly enjoyable experience.
While reflexology is most commonly performed on the feet, it can also be done on the hands, face, and ears. These areas contain reflex points that correspond to the body in the same way as the feet, offering an alternative option for those who may prefer a different approach. Facial reflexology, in particular, is deeply soothing and can help release tension while promoting a radiant glow.
Many clients describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced after their reflexology session. They often report improved sleep, reduced stress, and relief from everyday tension. Some also notice benefits such as better digestion, improved circulation, and enhanced overall well-being. While each person’s experience is unique, reflexology is a deeply soothing therapy that helps restore harmony to both body and mind.
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing and restorative therapy that works by stimulating specific reflex points on the feet, hands, face, or ears, which correspond to different areas of the body. It is highly valued for its ability to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. Many clients describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced after a session, with benefits that can last for days.
While reflexology is not a medical treatment, many people find it beneficial in supporting a range of health concerns, including:
- Stress & anxiety management – Helps calm the nervous system, encouraging relaxation and emotional balance.
- Sleep issues & insomnia – Encourages deep relaxation, which may improve sleep quality.
- Digestive health & gut function – May help with bloating, IBS symptoms, and general digestive discomfort.
- Headaches & migraines – Can help relieve tension and promote better circulation.
- Muscle tension & general aches – Supports the release of tightness and enhances circulation.
- Respiratory well-being – Can support relaxation in the chest area and ease tension related to breathing issues.
- Oedema (fluid retention & swelling) – Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is clinically proven to help reduce swollen ankles and improve lymphatic flow. I can even measure your feet before and after treatment to demonstrate how effective it is.
- Pre-Menstrual Tension (PMT) & hormonal balance – May support symptoms of PMT, menopause, and hormonal fluctuations.
- Fertility support – Many clients find reflexology beneficial as part of their fertility journey, as it helps with relaxation, circulation, and hormonal balance.
- Pregnancy support – Reflexology during pregnancy may help ease discomfort, reduce swelling, improve sleep, and promote relaxation. It is a gentle, safe way to support the body through the physical and hormonal changes of pregnancy.
Reflexology works best as a complementary therapy, helping the body return to a state of balance. If you have any specific health concerns, it’s always best to consult a healthcare professional alongside your reflexology treatments.
Treatments
Enjoy treatments that enhance your health and wellbeing, including massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, and facials. I don’t believe in standardised, generic treatments, but tailoring every treatment to the individual.
The right treatment taken at the right time can be transformative. I can guide you towards what will work best for you in your circumstances.
Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on how you're feeling and what you'd like support with. Here's a quick guide:
- Massage therapy is perfect for relieving physical tension, aches, or stress.
- Reflexology supports emotional wellbeing, sleep, digestion, and hormone balance.
- Facials offer deep relaxation and leave your skin nourished and glowing.
- Pregnancy treatments are tailored for every stage of pregnancy, focusing on comfort and safety.
If you’re not sure which to choose, or you’re curious about trying more than one, I highly recommend upgrading to a 90 or 120-minute treatment. Longer sessions allow time for a bespoke combination, such as massage and reflexology or a facial and back massage. It’s the ultimate way to experience the full benefits of holistic care in one deeply restorative appointment.
Still unsure? Book a time slot that suits you and we’ll decide together on the day. Every session is personalised just for you.
You’ll be warmly welcomed and invited to settle into a peaceful, private space. We’ll begin with a short consultation to ensure the treatment is tailored to your needs, whether physical, emotional, or both.
You’ll stay fully clothed for reflexology (just shoes and socks removed) and be supported with pillows and blankets to ensure maximum comfort. For massage, you’ll be respectfully draped at all times, with clear communication throughout to make sure you feel safe and relaxed.
All you need to do is lie back, let go, and enjoy your time to recharge.
All my treatments are designed to help you feel better in both body and mind. Depending on the treatment, you may experience:
- Reduced stress and anxiety
- Relief from muscle tension and physical pain
- Improved sleep and energy levels
- Boosted circulation and skin health
- Better mood and emotional balance
- Time to simply rest, recharge, and feel like yourself again
Each session is carefully tailored to meet your needs, whether you're looking for deep relaxation or focused therapeutic work.
Massage should never be painful. I do not subscribe to the "no pain, no gain" approach—that’s absolute rubbish! When you’re in pain, your body tenses up, which is the exact opposite of what massage is meant to achieve.
As a Jing Method Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist, I take an intelligent, whole-body approach to pain relief and well-being. By blending Eastern principles of holistic healing with Western clinical techniques, advanced anatomical knowledge, and myofascial release therapy, I work with your body—not against it—to achieve the best possible results. Instead of relying on brute force, I use hot stones to gently warm the muscles, preparing them for deeper work without unnecessary discomfort. Myofascial techniques help to release restrictions in the connective tissue, improving movement, reducing pain, and restoring balance in the body.
This approach consistently delivers better, longer-lasting results than simply pressing in with an elbow or using forceful joint manipulations. While some people find spinal adjustments or "clicking" techniques beneficial, this isn’t the approach I take. Rather than relying on quick, forceful movements to realign the body, I focus on working with the soft tissues in a way that encourages lasting change. By addressing the underlying muscular and fascial restrictions, I achieve deep, effective results while keeping treatments both comfortable and therapeutic.
If you ever need an adjustment in pressure, just let me know — your comfort is my priority!
Nothing at all! This is your time to fully switch off. You can close your eyes, breathe deeply, and let go. Some clients enjoy quiet time, while others prefer gentle conversation. There’s no right or wrong, I’ll follow your lead.
If you ever want more or less pressure, a different position, or a blanket adjustment, just let me know. You’re in safe hands, and I want you to feel completely relaxed and supported.
Please don’t worry, none of these things will ever affect your treatment. I work with all skin types and completely understand that conditions like acne, eczema, and psoriasis are perfectly normal.
Massage and reflexology can actually support skin health by improving circulation and reducing stress. And as for shaving, it makes no difference to me at all. You are always welcome exactly as you are.
Massage is generally safe and beneficial for most people, but there are times when it may not be suitable, including:
- If you have a fever, cold, flu, or any contagious illness.
- If you have a recent injury, open wounds, or severe inflammation.
- If you have a serious medical condition (such as blood clots, unstable heart conditions, or certain skin infections) without prior medical approval.
Pregnancy: Some people choose not to have treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy. However, there is absolutely no evidence to suggest that massage is harmful at any stage of pregnancy. In fact, pregnancy massage is incredibly beneficial for reducing stress, easing aches and pains, improving circulation, and promoting relaxation.
I have completed extensive specialist training in pregnancy massage to ensure that every treatment is safe, comfortable, and tailored to support both you and your baby.
If you're unsure whether massage is right for you, feel free to reach out, and I'll be happy to advise. You can also check with your doctor if you have any medical concerns.
There are no rules about what you should wear. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and safe at all times.
For massage treatments, you will be invited to undress only to your own comfort level. You will always be discreetly covered with a towel or sheet, and only the area being worked on will ever be uncovered. Your privacy and dignity are always respected.
Many clients choose to wear clothing that is easy to remove, and some even bring lounge wear or pyjamas to change into afterwards so they can stay relaxed when they leave. That said, if you would prefer to remain fully clothed, that is completely fine too. Treatments such as reflexology, and adapted massage techniques, can be carried out without removing clothing.
Whatever you choose, I will guide you gently and make sure you feel comfortable throughout. Your comfort, safety, and sense of ease are always my priority.
You can never have too much self-care! Ideally, treatments should be as often as your budget allows, as regular sessions help to maintain relaxation, improve well-being, and prevent stress and tension from building up. As a general guideline:
- Massage: Monthly sessions are ideal for relaxation and muscle maintenance, while those with chronic pain or high stress may benefit from more frequent treatments.
- Facials: Every 4–6 weeks helps to keep your skin healthy and radiant, though this may vary depending on your skin type and concerns.
- Reflexology: Fortnightly or monthly sessions can be beneficial for stress relief, circulation, and overall balance.
Many clients choose to spread the cost of regular treatments with my direct debit membership programme, which offers an easy and affordable way to enjoy consistent self-care. It is a lovely option if you want to prioritise your wellbeing while keeping things simple.
I am always happy to help you find a rhythm that feels right for you.
Absolutely. Some people find talking helps them relax, while others prefer silence. It’s entirely your choice.
If you start off chatting and then drift into stillness, that’s fine too. My goal is to create a space where you feel at ease, whatever that looks like for you.
Most people feel deeply relaxed, grounded, and calm. You may notice a release of tension, lighter movement, or even a gentle emotional shift. Some clients feel drowsy at first and then energised later in the day.
To support your body post-treatment, drink a little extra water and try to take things easy if you can. The benefits can continue unfolding for hours, even days, after your session.
Not at all! I usually play soft, calming music to create a relaxing atmosphere, but this is your session. If you’d prefer silence, a different playlist, or even something upbeat, just let me know.
Your comfort comes first, and I’m always happy to tailor the experience to suit you.
That’s absolutely fine, and genuinely a compliment. Many clients drift off during treatments, and snoring or even a bit of tummy gurgling simply means your body is deeply relaxed.
These are positive signs that your parasympathetic nervous system has been activated. This is your “rest and digest” state, where stress levels drop and your body can properly rest, repair, and heal.
Whether you doze off, snore, hear your stomach rumble, or simply enjoy some quiet time, it is all a completely normal and welcome part of the experience.
There’s nothing you need to do, just come as you are. To get the most from your session, I recommend:
- Avoiding a heavy meal for about an hour beforehand.
- Skipping alcohol before your appointment.
- Wearing comfortable clothing, especially if you’re having reflexology.
Just arrive ready to relax and enjoy some time for yourself.
Yes, absolutely. My treatments are fully adaptable and can be tailored to support your individual needs. Whether you have mobility challenges, sensory sensitivities, chronic conditions, or specific access requirements, I will work with you to ensure the space and your session feel safe, comfortable, and supportive.
You are very welcome to get in touch before your appointment to talk through anything that might help you feel more at ease. Everyone deserves to feel supported and cared for, and you are always welcome here.

Whether your goal is picking up the kids, walking without pain, or simply feeling like yourself again, I’m here to help you get there every step of the way.
Frequently Asked Questions
Massage therapy can be highly effective in supporting both chronic and acute pain. It works by easing muscle tension, improving circulation, calming the nervous system, and helping the body restore balance.
As an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist trained in the Jing Method, I take a whole-body approach. By combining advanced soft tissue techniques with a clear understanding of pain patterns, I aim to address the root cause of pain rather than just the symptoms, supporting longer-lasting relief.
Whether you are experiencing long-term pain, postural discomfort, or recovering from a recent injury, your treatment will always be tailored to your individual needs and goals.
No. Massage should never feel painful, and I don’t believe in a “no pain, no gain” approach. If something hurts, the body naturally tenses, which works against the healing process.
I use gentle yet effective techniques, including myofascial release and hot stone therapy, to warm the muscles and work deeply without discomfort. You’ll be supported to relax fully while we ease pain, release tension, and restore movement in a calm, respectful way.
If you ever need more or less pressure, just let me know. Your comfort is always the priority.
Yes. There are certain situations where massage may need to be avoided or adapted to ensure your safety. These can include contagious illnesses such as colds or flu, acute injuries or recent surgery, severe inflammation, or certain medical conditions including blood clots or unstable heart conditions, unless approved by your doctor.
A thorough consultation is always completed before your treatment to make sure massage is safe and appropriate for you. If you’re ever unsure, please feel free to get in touch before booking and I’ll be happy to advise.
Not at all. You don’t need a referral or formal diagnosis to benefit from treatment. Whether you’ve been living with pain for years or have just started noticing discomfort, I’ll listen to your concerns and create a treatment plan that’s personalised and supportive.
Many clients tell me they feel heard for the first time when they come to see me, and I take that responsibility seriously.
Deep Relaxation
ITrue relaxation is a vital part of living well. These deeply restorative sessions are designed as an intentional pause, combining nurturing touch with calming techniques to reduce stress, release tension, and restore balance within the body and mind.
Each session creates a refined, nurturing space to unwind fully and calm the nervous system. The result is not just rest, but restoration, allowing you to return to daily life feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded, with a renewed sense of ease and presence.
Frequently Asked Questions
Massage therapy is a powerful way to calm the nervous system, reduce stress hormones, and encourage deep relaxation. It can help you feel lighter, more centred, and better able to cope with life’s demands.
Some of the key benefits include:
- Lowering stress and anxiety levels
- Easing muscle tension and stiffness
- Supporting better sleep and emotional balance
- Improving circulation and boosting natural energy
- Providing space to slow down and reconnect with your body
Whether you’re managing long-term stress or just need a reset, massage is a deeply nourishing form of self-care.
Reflexology is a deeply calming therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet (or hands, face, and ears) correspond to different parts of the body. By gently stimulating these reflex points, reflexology encourages your body’s natural ability to rebalance, reset, and restore.
Clients often say they feel more grounded, less overwhelmed, and noticeably calmer after just one session. It’s particularly helpful for those struggling with stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalance, sleep issues, or simply needing space to breathe.
Yes, both massage and reflexology can support mental and emotional wellbeing. They help switch off the body’s stress response and activate the parasympathetic nervous system (your “rest and restore” mode), which is key for calming anxiety and improving sleep.
Many clients report fewer racing thoughts, better mood regulation, and a greater sense of ease, often after just a few sessions. If you're feeling emotionally overwhelmed or burnt out, these treatments can be a gentle and effective way to reset.
