What Will You Learn?
This private group baby massage course is ideal for NCT groups or friends who want to learn together in a relaxed, supportive environment. Whether you’re looking to soothe colic, ease constipation, support weight gain, or simply enjoy calm bonding time with your baby, this course is designed to give you expert tools, practical techniques, and emotional reassurance.
You’ll learn how to read your baby’s cues and use gentle massage to support their wellbeing, all while connecting with other parents in a familiar space.
Sessions can be held in your home or mine. Travel within 5 miles of BR6 6HQ is included in the course fee. If you're further afield, just get in touch, and I’ll be happy to provide a travel quote.

Price is per family. Minimum of 5 families required. Location is flexible and can be hosted at a client’s home.

Your booking includes six relaxed, 90-minute baby massage classes, held weekly in a warm, welcoming space. Each session introduces a new area of the body, gradually building a full massage routine that you can confidently use at home. You’ll also learn a gentle sequence to help ease common discomforts such as colic, wind, and constipation.
Alongside the massage techniques, you’ll also enjoy:
- Baby yoga-inspired stretches and nursery rhymes
- Guidance on the best oils to use and when to massage
- Tips on adapting massage as your baby grows
- Handouts, waterproof mats, towels, and oils (there’s no need to bring anything other than a baby blanket)
- A keepsake certificate and a laminated quick-reference guide to take home
And of course, there’s time to relax too. Each class includes complimentary tea, cake, and conversation, giving you space to unwind, chat, and connect with other parents. Many mums tell me this part of the session becomes the highlight of their week, a chance to feel supported, share experiences, and enjoy some calm adult conversation in a friendly, like-minded group.
My classes are designed for babies from birth to crawling, and you’re welcome to join whenever you feel ready. Some parents start as early as six weeks, while others wait until they’re feeling more settled — there’s no perfect time, just the right time for you.
The earlier you start, the sooner you and your baby can enjoy the benefits of massage: improved sleep, relief from common discomforts like colic or wind, and most importantly, quality bonding time.
Even if your baby is already rolling or starting to move more, many families still find the sessions incredibly valuable — and there’s always room for wrigglers!

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Spaces are limited and often fill quickly, so booking ahead helps me prepare your materials and ensure your spot is reserved.

Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy
I completely understand that life with a baby can be unpredictable. While I can’t offer refunds once a course has started, I do try to be as flexible as possible.
- If you let me know at least 48 hours before the course starts, I’ll do my best to transfer your place to another course (if space allows).
- Once the course begins, I’m unable to offer make-up sessions, but I’ll always try to accommodate you if there’s room in another session that week.

I’ve supported many families whose babies have had a variety of medical needs – including common concerns like torticollis, umbilical hernia, and flat head syndrome, to name just a few. Baby massage can be a gentle, supportive way to bring comfort, connection, and calm, and I’m always happy to adapt techniques to suit your baby’s individual needs.
I also understand that group settings can sometimes feel overwhelming – especially for neurodivergent parents or those who experience anxiety or sensory sensitivities. These classes are designed to be relaxed, inclusive, and pressure-free.
There’s no need to “keep up” with the group or follow a strict routine. You’re welcome to take things at your own pace, pause when needed, and simply do what feels right for you and your baby. This is a warm, non-judgemental space where you’ll be supported exactly as you are.
