Memberships are paid monthly through Stripe, ensuring a simple and secure payment process. You will receive a confirmation once your payment is successfully set up.
Memberships are just for you, they’re part of a personal wellness commitment. However, if you're on the Gold or Platinum plan, you’ll receive 10% off gift vouchers, perfect for treating a loved one.
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment, but I kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
To make rescheduling quick and easy, please use my online booking system rather than contacting me directly. You can manage your appointment anytime online by clicking the reschedule link at the bottom of the booking email.
