Because You Deserve Expert Support
Because nurturing your baby starts with nurturing yourself.
These treatments are designed to support you physically, emotionally, and hormonally through every stage of postnatal recovery.
You can choose from postnatal massage, reflexology, or a soothing facial, or, better still, blend them together for the ultimate experience. Each session is completely tailored to your needs and how you want to feel when you leave.
As a therapist with advanced clinical training, I regularly support women experiencing postnatal-related issues such as back pain, shoulder tension, hormonal imbalances, and sleep disturbances. These therapies aren’t just relaxing, they’re evidence-based and deeply restorative, helping to ease pain, reduce swelling, improve circulation, and support your body’s natural rhythm.
This is your time to feel nurtured, seen, and truly supported.

Many new mums describe postnatal massage as the first time they have truly felt like themselves again. It is a chance to be cared for, supported, and nurtured while you care for others.

Some women choose postnatal massage within the first few weeks after birth, while others prefer to wait until they have settled into a new routine. Every body and every birth is different, and your treatment will always be adapted to meet you where you are.
If you have had a caesarean birth, I generally recommend waiting until your scar has begun to heal, usually from around six weeks onwards, and it is best to check with your midwife or GP before booking. That said, there is almost always a way to offer nurturing, supportive touch, even if certain areas need to be avoided.
Massage and reflexology can be gently adapted to support recovery, and when appropriate I also offer scar massage techniques. These may help to soften tight tissue, improve sensation and mobility, release abdominal tension, and support emotional healing and reconnection with your body.
Whether your birth was straightforward or complex, each session is tailored to your comfort, needs, and pace. You will be listened to, supported, and gently nurtured throughout.
Yes, of course. I understand how difficult it can be to arrange childcare, especially in those early months, so your baby is very welcome to come along.
Many parents bring their baby in a car seat or pram, and if you need to pause the session to feed or cuddle, that is absolutely fine. I allow extra time for postnatal treatments so you will never feel rushed.
Absolutely. Postnatal massage and reflexology are designed to support your body’s recovery and the physical and emotional demands of motherhood, whatever your birth experience.
Whether you are experiencing neck and shoulder tension, lower back pain, fatigue, or feeling overwhelmed, I will tailor your treatment to your individual needs. I also offer scar massage, which can be particularly supportive following a caesarean birth, as well as treatments to help support recovery from diastasis recti and restore core connection.
My aim is always to help you feel rested, supported, and more like yourself again.
