What if my baby has extra needs or I find group settings challenging?

You are so welcome here. I’ve supported many families whose babies have had a variety of medical needs – including common concerns like torticollis, umbilical hernia, and flat head syndrome, to name just a few. Baby massage can be a gentle, supportive way to bring comfort, connection, and calm, and I’m always happy to adapt techniques to suit your baby’s individual needs.

I also understand that group settings can sometimes feel overwhelming – especially for neurodivergent parents or those who experience anxiety or sensory sensitivities. These classes are designed to be relaxed, inclusive, and pressure-free.

There’s no need to “keep up” with the group or follow a strict routine. You’re welcome to take things at your own pace, pause when needed, and simply do what feels right for you and your baby. This is a warm, non-judgemental space where you’ll be supported exactly as you are.

If you’re unsure whether the class is right for you, just drop me a message. I’d be happy to chat and help you feel confident before booking.
